  • Property Viewing: Prospective tenants must view the property before submitting a rental application.

  • Seattle Renter’s Handbook: Prospective tenants must receive the handbook and view the property prior to submitting a rental application.

  • Documents: All required documents must be uploaded as PDFs. Applications are not deemed complete until all documents are submitted.

Disclosures:

  • Legally permitted attached ADU is located on the property. It has a separate, private entrance and is owner-occupied approximately 25% of the year. Water and sewer costs are split with the owner on a 75/25 basis, calculated per occupant.

  • We do not accept Comprehensive Reusable Tenant Screening Reports as defined by and pursuant to RCW 59.18.

  • Application Fee: $49 (non-refundable).

  • Tenant Verification: Applicants and tenants must verify all information before signing the lease.
