We conduct thorough tenant screenings, including credit checks, background checks, eviction checks, employment verification, and rental history checks, to ensure that we place reliable and responsible tenants in your property.
Tenants can submit maintenance requests through our online portal or contact our dedicated maintenance team directly. We promptly address all maintenance issues to ensure your property remains in good condition.
We handle rent collection on your behalf, offering multiple convenient payment options for tenants. We enforce rent collection policies consistently and follow up promptly on any late payments.
We ensure prompt transfer of your rental funds, typically within two business days of clearance from our accounts.
We conduct thorough property inspections at both tenant move-in and move-out stages. Additionally, we offer basic interior inspections for a nominal fee of $249. Should you desire more comprehensive inspections by trade professionals, such as for roofing, HVAC, drainage, and other specialized areas, we can readily arrange these upon your request. Rest assured, we'll furnish you with a detailed estimate beforehand for your peace of mind.
We provide detailed monthly financial reports, including income and expense statements, rent roll summaries, and any relevant documentation related to your property's financial performance.
At the end of each month, you'll receive a comprehensive rental property owner report. Moreover, you'll have instant access to a diverse range of reports through your personalized property owner portal for added convenience and transparency.
In the unfortunate event that eviction becomes necessary, we coordinate the entire eviction process in accordance with local laws and regulations. Our goal is to resolve disputes efficiently while protecting your interests as the property owner. We charge $65 per hour to cordinate the eviction process. We offer you a curated selection of attorneys to choose from, ensuring you have expert guidance through the process. You'll directly engage and pay the attorney of your choice, without any markups from Flatmint. Alternatively, if you already have a trusted attorney in mind, you're more than welcome to work with them. Your satisfaction and comfort are our priority.
